You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 13th February 2023 at 7.00 pm, in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend. (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

a) Applications to consult:
i) 23/00371/VAR: Belluton Yard Belluton Farm Stanton Road Pensford. Variation of condition 12 (Plans List) application 21/02893/FUL (Conversion of former stables to a dwelling, extension and associated alterations).

b) Decision Notification:
i) 22/05060/FUL. 24 Hillcrest, Pensford: Erection of single storey rear extension, single storey front porch extension and ground floor plan reconfiguration following demolition of existing conservatory. PERMIT
ii) 22/04725/FUL: Gospel Hall, High Street, Pensford. Proposed conversion and extension to create a dwelling. PERMIT

36.5. Matters for Discussion:
a) To review the template for the draft Emergency Plan
b) To agree a new date for the Monthly Parish Council meeting in May.
c) To consider proposal from Somerset District Miners Welfare Society to take on responsibility and future upkeep of a miners silhouette & noticeboard.
d) To discuss plans for the Kings Coronation.
e) To offer support for the Pensford Tower Clock project.
f) To consider proposal to purchase land to create off street car parking.
