You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 12th December 2022 at 7.00 pm, in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.

Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

i) 22/04722/COND: Brantfell,14 Woollard Lane, Publow Discharge of condition 2 of application 22/01881/FUL (Renovation and extension of existing dwelling. Erection of new two-storey front porch extension and rear two-storey extension. Raising of existing roof height and alterations to roof shape. Demolition of existing structures.).
ii) 22/04736/FUL: The Teasel Barn, Stanton Road, Pensford. Extension and conversion of detached garage into a garage and residential annex to The Teasel Barn.
iii) 22/04728/FUL: Gospel Hall, High Street, Pensford. Proposed conversion and extension to create a dwelling.

a) To approve expenditure of £250 for a tree survey on the allotments following report of Ash Dieback
b) To review the proposed terms of reference for the Climate and Nature Emergency Working Group.
c) To review 2nd Draft of the 2023-24 budget
d) To consider the use of the Old School Rooms (Formally known as the Church Rooms) as a venue for Parish Council meetings.
e) To receive an update from the Ward Councillor on options for a footpath to school & a solution to parking issues
