TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:
You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 10th February 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public ParticipationMembers of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.
(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

60.4. Planning:

a) Applications to Consult:

i) 25/00338/FUL: Portal , Publow Lane, Publow. Erection of two-storey front extension, demolition of existing lean-to conservatory, extension of existing single storey pitched roof shed to side, raising of existing ridge by 1m to facilitate loft conversion with front and rear dormers, and erection of double garage.

ii) 25/00258/FUL. Leigh Farm, Old Road, Pensford. Alterations and Change of Use of Holiday Let Accommodation to Two Residential Dwellings.

b) Decision Notification: None

60.5. Matters for Discussion:

a) To receive a report of the meeting with WERN and to approve a housing needs survey (Deferred from last month)
b) To approve response to consultation report on the Pensford Lock up (Scheduled monument).
c) To approve removal /replacement of Waste Bins
d) To approve application to CURO for access consent on Pensford Lane.
e) To review and respond to the Somer Valley Links Consultation.
f) To resolve to support request for extension of 30mph speed limit to North Pensford/Belluton. A new pedestrian crossing and additional signage.
