You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 11th December 2023 at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall.

(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

ii) 23/04223/PIP. JAT Environmental Reclamation Ltd, Pensford Hill, Pensford. A Permission in Principle Planning Application for the Erection of up to 4 New Build Dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) and Associated Infrastructure at JAT Reclamation. (Resubmission of 23/02417/PIP)
iii) 23/04465/FUL. 6 Hillcrest, Pensford. Erection of first floor extension and alterations

b) Decision Notification:
i) 23/03587/ADCOU. Unregistered Farm Buildings Adjacent To Sandhills, Birchwood Lane, Publow: Prior approval request for change of use from agricultural building to 2no. dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated operational development. PERMIT
ii) 23/02194/FUL. Agricultural Buildings and Land Blackrock Lane, Publow. Erection of 1no. 4 bed dwelling and associated works. COMMITTEE NOTIFICATION

b) To appoint a Parish Council Flood Representative.
c) To approve necessary action to progress ANPR project.
d) To approve expenditure to repair light in the Hillcrest Defibrillator box
e) To review damage to Table Tennis Table.
f) To resolve to appoint Stephen Filer & Paul Baxter as Bank Signatories.
g) To resolve to join the Rural Parishes Network
h) To approve grant request for £150 from the Chew Valley Nature Recovery Network
i) To review second draft of the budget 2024-25
j) To receive an update on Clerks appraisal and approve one point increase in Spinal Column Point (SCP).
