You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 13th June 2022 at 7.00 pm, in the Village Hall.

Public Participation: Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend. (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

29.1. To receive apologies for absence.

29.4. Planning:

a) Applications to consult:

i) 22/01881/FUL: Brantfell, 14 Woollard Lane, Publow. Renovation and extension of existing
dwelling. Erection of new two-storey front porch extension and rear two-storey extension. Raising of existing roof height and alterations to roof shape. Demolition of existing structures.
ii) 22/01990/FUL: 69 Hillcrest, Pensford. Erection of single storey extension following demolition of existing extension/outhouse.

b) Decision Notification:
i) 22/00765/FUL: Devon House, Pensford Hill, Pensford .Conversion of loft space into living space with raised gable roof, 1no. gable dormer to front, removal of lean-to to rear and creation of sliding doors to rear. Addition of solar panels to south elevation. PERMIT
ii) 21/00419/EFUL: Resourceful Earth. Development of an Anaerobic Digester Facility (including retention of the existing Feedstock Reception Building, Digester Tank (x5), Storage Tank, CHP Engine (x4), Transformer, GRP Substation, GRP Technical Room (x5) and Gas Equipment) to produce both gas and electricity for injection into the local grid networks, alongside the restoration of the former Queen Charlton Quarry Site with ecological and landscape enhancements. Notification of PLANNING APPEAL ref 22/00038/RF

29.5. Matters for Discussion:
a) To consider request for assistance from Protect our Keynsham Environment (POKE) regarding the Planning Appeal ref 22/0038/RF
b) To approve expenditure of £3000 from Community Infrastructure Levy Funds for Crime Prevention by installing ANPR cameras.
c) To approve annual expenditure of £28 for a server certificate to improve website security.
d) To approve grant application from ‘Friends of Thomas a Becket Church Tower, Pensford’ for refreshments for a jubilee celebration.
e) To review a document ‘Dangers posed by flooding to historic town & village centres’.
f) To review membership of Bristol Airport Consultative Committee.

29.6. Financial Matters:
a) To accept the Internal Auditors report.
b) To approve the Accounting Governance Statements
c) To approve the Annual Return for Year End 31 March 2022 (Unaudited)
d) To sign Certificate of Exemption (Gross expenditure does not exceed £25,000)
